Unipower Solutions, a leading edge supplier of multi-channel retail software, has been selected by Browns of York, a hugely successful department store over a century old. Browns of York have chosen Unipower to develop and replace their existing EPoS, Stock and Financials system.

This is fully integrated to Unipower’s multi-channel EPoS and Webstore front end. Finally, this is all co-ordinated by an integrated Business Intelligence system that will allow us to have complete visibility of all aspects of the business. Reliability, scalability and resilience were also key issues for us in serving our customers. This was addressed by Unipower’s provision of IBM Hardware and virtualised failover designs for our core hardware, networks and Chip and PIN installations, which will guarantee 24/7 availability of all services.”
