Cafe PoS is extremely powerful. Unlike most EPoS systems, which are merely adept at providing retail transactions, our Cafe PoS EPoS solution will manage your sales, discounts and special offers. Cafe PoS also handles markdowns, cash and credit sales of any variety, account sales, staff discounts, barcode to item number and ISBN number sales, returns, credits, refunds.

Cafe PoS has integration to web sales and integration to back office intranet portals and online analytics (See Retail Intelligence). As well as recording all sales by partner, time, department and till, Cafe PoS provides a wealth of information for merchandise, range and procurement planning, via our inbuilt Knowledge Management System.

Cafe PoS is underpinned by a “Business Rules based System” which allows you to define operating rules pertinent to each department, till or personnel level. This is much more than mere hierarchical tiers of permissions – this will assist in fraud prevention as well provide extensive management and process control which reduces the amount of till supervision effort required. This gives you enhanced peace of mind for reduced effort and cost.

Our Cafe PoS is an extension of our standard EPoS solution and incorporates not only touchscreen technology, but features definable user buttons and cascades, allowing a logical sales process as well offering “one time” markdowns to assist in selling slow moving perishable items.
